I’m going by age order, since that’s the easiest way to memorize them in my opinion
1. Choi Seungcheol / S.Coups Born: 1995.08.08 Rapper, Leader He’s been a trainee for the longest time out of all seventeen members and since he’s the oldest he’s also like the father of seventeen! When it comes to training seungcheol tends to be a bit strict but he can also be a really damn cutiepie seriously.
2. Yoon Junghan Born: 1995.10.04 Vocalist Junghan joined Seventeen back when Seventeen TV season 3 started. He seems pretty quiet around broadcasts but as soon as he opens his mouth you see that he’s really damn funny and adorable. Because of his birthday fans and friends gave him the nickname “Angel”.
3. Hong Jisoo / Joshua Born: 1995.12.30 (same day as BTS’ Taehyung GASPS) Vocalist Jisoo joined Seventeen in Seventeen TV season 2. He has actually lived in Los Angeles but came over to korea after he got accepted into Pledis. His parents are still living there. Jisoo is also a really good guitarist and a very gentle person and daMN ADORABLE.
4. Wen Junhui / Jun Born: 1996.06.10 Vocalist, Dancer, Actor Junhui was the first chinese member that joined. He was part of the original 11 in season one and active as a chinese child actor before joining pledis and then seventeen. Even though he’s still in Seventeen he still gets some rolls in chinese dramas (Untouchable is the most recent one that he recently filmed) and he has an adorable little brother called Yangyang. Also he did wushu.
5. Kwon Soonyoung / Hoshi Born: 1996.06.15 Dancer, Vocalist Soonyoung has been part of the original 11 too. He is a real dancing machine and coreographed all of seventeen’s upcoming dances to their songs (together with chan). He also coregraphed Nu’est’s I’m bad dance and is a very cheerful, cute, loud and energetic lil sunshine. (soonshine hAH- ok.)
6. Jeon Wonwoo Born: 1996.07.17 Rapper, Dancer Wonwoo was also a part of the season 1 squad. He got a surprisingly deep voice and can dance really damn well. He’s part of the battleship, the #1 ship in the seventeen fandom meanie (mingyu and beanie since wonwoo’s nickname in season one was mr. beanie) and like the second half of mingyu. He’s also a very good lyric writer and super handsome and cute and unf.
7. Lee Jihoon / Woozi Born: 1996.11.22 Vocalist, Dancer, Composer, Producer This little thing is the shortest baby in Seventeen (165cm) but despite his height he’s probably the most talented in seventeen. He is the trainee with the second longest training phase after Seungcheol, that’s the reason why these two are so close. Jihoon can literally sing, rap, dance like a damn god, compose, choreograph and produce ( he’s the producer of seventeen’s debut album along with rhymer ) and he’s juST SO SQUISHY AND CUTE.
8. Lee Seokmin / DK Born: 1997.02.18 Vocalist The last one to join the original 11 of seventeen. Seokmin is a really outgoing and damn funny boy and recently joined the mc duo of seventeen’s andromeda tv. Despite his goofy personality he can sing like /inhales/ he can sing like an angel. His high notes slay the heck out of us and he’s also really adorable. He enjoys going out by himself and eating meat.
9. Kim Mingyu Born: 1997.04.06 Rapper, Visual Part of the original 11. He’s pretty good at english and very confident about his skills. Okay no but it’s really funny to hear him speaking english istg. Also left handed, the tallest (185cm) and draws really well. He once scratched his butt during a broadcast (there’s a gif of it) and he’s a sweet person, very funny, very cute, holy shit damn handsome. His canines are life. The other half of Wonwoo.
10. Xu Minghao / D8 Born: 1997.11.07 Dancer, Vocalist Minghao is the newest member of seventeen. He’s chinese. He joined them at the beginning of season 5, back in summer 2014 and captivated fans’ hearts like a damn tornado. He can do flips and shiet since he started b-boying at an early age. Also really adorable and still a bit unsure about his korean and he also didn’t know what aegyo was ( isn’t the precious ). Very close to junhui (obviously).
11. Boo Seungkwan Born: 1998.01.16 Vocalist One of original line-up in season 1. He is a very cheerful and sassy boy who lived in jeju. Seungkwan has a incredible voice and is (together with seokmin) one of the main vocals. His high notes are life and he actually got accepted in JYP but turned the offer down to go to pledis instead. Sadly our boo is currently on a diet but seriously he doesn’t need a diet. Also damn funny.
12. Choi Hansol / Vernon Born: 1998.02.18 (same day as seokmin) Rapper Hansol is probably the most known in the international kpop fanbase. He’s half caucasian and was born in new york but moved to korea at the age of 5. He has a little sister and used to appear in alot of children shows when he was younger, but he joined pledis and was part of the originals too. Hansol can also dance really well and choreographed some of the dances at Seventeen Show 2. One of his infamous special traits is him being quite… slow. His reactions are really unusual and 4D and he’s actually really shy according to his members.
13. Lee Chan / Dino Born: 1999.02.11 Dancer, Rapper Chan is seventeen’s talented maknae. He was one of the original 11 and used to be 160cm but since then he grew 7cm (i think). This boy is really amazing at dancing. His parents (both choreographers) met each other at a dance studio which is kind of cool and he has a little brother. Together with soonyoung, chan choreographed the interstellar performance ( that one group dance at sbs awards festival ) and he can’t only dance. He’s also really good at rapping (for example his rapping part in no flex zone) but can also sing.
That’s the current and final line-up. Seventeen also has 4 ex-members, mingming, samuel, doyoon and dongjin. All of the pictures are from the 18th april so really recent! I hope this kinda helped lol.
